Our weekly offerings are counted by adult members of the parish We seek enough people to place them in rotating teams. Of course, confidentiality, honesty, and accuracy in counting and handling money is an important aspect of this ministry. You may be requested to have a Federal Criminal background check run before entering this ministry.
Finance Council
This is a consultative body composed of appointed parishioners who have an expertise in finance. The group is a volunteer organization and meets as designated. The group advises the pastor with regard to such items as annual budget, financial reporting to the parishioners, long-term planning, special projects, capital expenditures, and fun raising.
